We study the role of gene regulatory networks in plant responses to climate change associated stressors. The recruited postdoctoral researcher will join our cannabis genomics program and will lead a project to identify markers and mechanisms of genotype by environment interactions. They will be responsible for generating and analyzing high throughput sequencing data and for performing and analyzing other molecular biology assays. Highly-motivated candidates with strong publication records are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will have advanced skills in molecular biology, quantitative genetics, high-throughput sequencing, and data analysis using R.
